Description
_The Account Executive is responsible for coordinating and implementing daily account activities for public affairs and cannabis consulting clients._
-
Key contact for both external clients and internal team members: managing schedules,_
- supporting daily communications, and coordinating the development of materials for_
- assigned accounts;_
-
Partner with team members on content creation and support of collateral materials and_
- fact sheets, presentations for elected and appointed boards, state regulators and potential_
- investors, advocacy materials, responses for RFI/RFQ/RFPs, and other essential internal_
- and external communications;_
-
Perform property searches & property zoning compliance checks, review ordinances &_
- regulations, present findings to clients, perform outreach to property_
- owners/brokers/municipalities, arrange site tours and prepare LOIs;_
-
Participate in day-to-day municipal and regulatory monitoring of client progress, including_
- periodic outreach to municipal staff;_
-
Create and maintain internal databases of information regarding state and municipal_
- regulations and related updates, property details and availability, and various_
- documentation for assigned clients and state-wide requirements;_

Strategize on consulting goals and objectives; and_
-
Delegate to and help oversee workload of Co-Op student._

  • QUALIFICATIONS_
-
2+ years of communications, public policy, cannabis industry, campaign or comparable job_
- experience;_
-
Bachelor's degree preferred; preferably in Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, or a_
- related field;_
-
Strong, proven project management, research, writing, and public speaking experience;_
-
Proficient computer skills, including significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite;_
-
Experience with Data Analysis/Reporting tools such as Excel, GANTT charts, Python, etc. a plus;_
-
Ability to manage a diverse workload and multi-task in a team-oriented environment while_
- consistently working against hard deadlines;_
-
Self-starter with willingness to learn through on-the-job experiences;_
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and_
-
Results-focused approach with focused attention to detail._

  • SALARY_
  • The salary range is _
    $59, $73,000.00_ _, contingent upon qualifications and_
- experience._
