    Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

    • Collect information from supervisors to calculate bills receivable.
    • Issue invoices and bills to clients
    • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.
    • Ensure all charges are correct on invoices.
    • Process invoicing in a timely manner and work to resolve any discrepancies.
