Responsibilities

Training focus:

Design and implementation of complex information and telecommunications systems through integration of software components
Installation and configuration of networked information and telecommunications systems
Commissioning of information and telecommunications systems
Troubleshooting using expert and diagnostic systems
Presentation of system solutions

Training process:
The training takes place in a dual system:
The twice-weekly classes at the vocational school accompany the practical training.

In the first year of training, the focus is on getting to know the different areas and systems of Atruvia. In-house training and the first assignments in the specialist departments enable a quick and comprehensive entry into the subject matter.

The second year of training is dedicated to deepening specialist knowledge. Appropriate individual training and assignments in the respective specialist department are optimally coordinated. The IHK intermediate examination is taken in the middle of the second year of training.

In the third year of training, trainees are assigned to a specific specialist department, integrated into daily business operations, and involved in projects. The IHK final examination takes place at the end of the training period.

Throughout the practical training, colleagues are available to provide guidance and support to the young employees and assist them with their exam preparations.
