• Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately
• Post new, used and wholesale deals to accounting books
• Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
• Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Process Check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
• Other duties as required

• **Automotive Accounting experience preferred.**:
• 
  Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Deal Posting:

• Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills are required
• Computer proficient and detailed oriented
• Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, organized.
• A good work ethic, takes initiative
• Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Team player with positive attitude

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass preemployment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
