Description

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies.
• Accurately record and manage inventory using dealership management software.
• Organize and maintain parts storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
• Pick and prepare parts for delivery to service technicians and retail customers.
• Assist with parts counter sales as needed, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Process and return defective or excess parts in accordance with dealership policies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including preparing parts for shipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and dealership management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
