We're looking for an edge developer with the software engineering skills it takes to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients.

In this role, you will develop and maintain scalable back-end infrastructure and ensure continuous integration and

deployment of microservices.

Using your software engineering knowledge, y ou will collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to design and implement secure and efficient APIs.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in software development using basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
Experience with developing in Java or C/C++
Experience with Basic Python
Experience with Docker, microservice architectures, and related tools
Experience working on projects that

utilize

Agile

methodology
Knowledge of basic Unix networking concepts
Ability to navigate Unix CLI environments
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Nice If

You Have:
Experience working with Protobuf and gRPC
Experience with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL
Experience working onapplications deployed via Kubernetes
Experience working with microprocessors like Nvidia Jetsons and Raspberry Pi's
Experience working with software-defined radios and RF techniques
Experience working with AI/ML tools, including deploying and utilizing existing models
Knowledge of how models behave
Knowledge of "data mesh" concepts and tools

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
