Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform clerical tasks, including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project data is accurately recorded.
  • Handle order entry and maintain inventory records.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Utilize software such as Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office management tools effectively.
  • Provide support in office management duties.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and data entry processes.
  • Experience with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping is advantageous.

$50, $55,000.00 per year
