Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks, including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project data is accurately recorded.
- Handle order entry and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize software such as Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office management tools effectively.
- Provide support in office management duties.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and data entry processes.
- Experience with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping is advantageous.
