What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for financial accounting, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger accounting, payment transactions including dunning, as well as the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax returns
  • You will handle payroll accounting, including the preparation of payroll and salary statements
  • You will take on tasks in human resources, such as managing and maintaining personnel data, contract design, and writing company instructions and notices
  • You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of internal and external statistics
  • You will communicate directly with employees, health insurance companies, tax advisors, and management

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a qualification as an accountant or a comparable education
  • You have good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office / Excel
  • You have very good German (C2+) and good English skills (B2+) in spoken and written form
