- Proficiency operates, disassemble, assemble, and clean equipment like blenders/Mixure,tablets compression machine, roller compactor, tablets auto coater, granulators, encapsulator etc.
- Complete the skills inventory in the department and have coordination with another department to fulfill R&D's requirements.

- Monitor and maintain R&D equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues to minimize downtime and ensure equipment is functioning within specifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of R&D and cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and Batch Records.
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
