Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager and the Project Managers of the organization.
This position will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to the Project Manager's for the construction projects needs.
The Administrative Assistant will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization.The three key qualities we are looking for are:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative experience in a Construction setting preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure required.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with other professionals as well as with other members.
- Proven Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficient in Viewpoint is preferred
- Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required

- Proficiency in MS Office ( MS Excel and Word, in particular)
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
