Customer Service Representative - Milwaukee, United States - AmeriCash Loans, LLC
Description
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Loan processing
- Daily interaction with customers in person and over the phone
- Sales and marketing
- Cash handling
- General office duties
- Daily upkeep of the store
Requirements:
- Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience
- General office skills and 2 years industry experience preferred
- Regular and dependable attendance with a timely start
- Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and balance cash and financial transactions
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred)
- Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Due to the nature of our business, a successful, preemployment background check is required.
