As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be the point of contact for legal matters from all departments. You will work closely in a collaborative and cross-functional structure and report directly to the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities

Your main focus will be providing legal advice to various internal stakeholders on complex legal issues:

Responsibility for drafting, revising, and reviewing contract documents with a focus on leasing, contract, consumer, insurance, and competition law, as well as IT/IP law
Independently conducting contract and settlement negotiations, especially with lawyers, customers, and suppliers
Advising and supporting different business areas in all individual and/or fundamental legal matters (excluding tax and labor law)
Creating and maintaining template documents
Control function for the departments as the "2nd line of defense" by managing and monitoring risk management functions
Planning, designing, and conducting internal trainings
