  • What you bring
  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in telephone and written customer contact (complaint and claim management) will facilitate your entry
  • Very good and secure written expression is required
  • Strong customer and service orientation, sociability, and teamwork skills
  • Secure handling of common PC applications
  • Knowledge of English is desired
Your tasks include

  • Processing of incoming customer complaints, including examination of refund claims
  • Assertion of recourse claims against contractual partners
  • Cooperation with specialist departments to obtain the information necessary for processing and for quality assurance
  • Collaboration with our product management
  • Support in daytoday operations
