Creating Fascinating Things:
Your Responsibilities

Leading and developing the "technical support" group, with tasks including technical support for the operator, level 1-3 trainings, field service, and field service representatives
Being the first point of contact for technical issues of our customers
Organizing and conducting technical workshops for customers
Expanding our training and field service activities
Conducting budget, capacity, and personnel planning for the assigned group, as well as monitoring cost development
Developing solutions for extensive and complex tasks
Evaluating processes while considering business-related data
Commissioning analyses and reports on performance indicators in line with the strategic direction of the group


Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
Years of specialized experience in customer service
Experience with the processes and interests of an airline is advantageous
Fluent in English
Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
Ability to implement and assert oneself
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
