- Three years or more experience handling general litigation, landlord-tenant or lender defense litigation from start to trial.
- Ability to mentor and assist Firm associates in trial preparation
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedures.
- Knowledge of current state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures e.g. changes to CA HOBR, Non-judicial foreclosures pursuant to Civ. Code § 2924 et. seq., evictions pursuant to CCP § 1161 etc. as well as local regulations preferred
- Licensed in good standing- California
