    Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It's currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

    At Assured, we provide large insurers the software solutions they need to win in a modern, technology-driven world. From self-service claim filing software, to backend fraud detection, we're the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world.

    As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of products at Assured. You will lead a team of talented designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that not only meet but exceed user expectations.     ‍Lead and contribute to the strategic direction of our product design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business goals.

    Drive the ideation, prototyping, and refinement of our SaaS products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

    ‍Foster a design-centric culture within the organization, inspiring and mentoring design teams to deliver outstanding, user-focused solutions.

    Ensure a consistent design language and branding across our suite of products, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable user experience.

    Champion usability and accessibility principles, conducting research and utilizing metrics to inform.

    Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with overall product strategy and business objectives.

    Establish and refine design processes, adapting them to scale with the growth of the company. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Proven experience in product design, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products.

    Exceptional skills in UX/UI design, product thinking, and a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to impactful, user-focused designs.

    Ability to think strategically about design and articulate the rationale behind design decisions. Experience in contributing to product strategy discussions.

    Experience applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to drive design decisions.

    Demonstrated leadership in guiding and inspiring design teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Strong prototyping abilities and experience creating interactive prototypes.

    Proficient in industry-standard design tools
