    Job Description

    ***Only qualified Data Solution Architect candidates located in the Columbus, OH area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

    Required Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field


    • Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role


    • Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models


    • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts


    • Expertise in master data management principles and best practices


    • Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques


    • Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures


    • Excellent communication, collaboration skills to work effectively with technical, non-technical stakeholders within Client and Ohio platform team


    • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools

    Data Solution Architect Responsibilities:


    • Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis


    • Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors


    • Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization


    • Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of Client data and ensure smooth exchange with the Innovate Ohio platform


    • Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within Client and when collaborating with the Innovate Ohio platform


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Client and with the Innovate Ohio platform team to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration


    • Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within Client and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Ohio platform
