Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Schedule staff shifts
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as required
- Train new team members
- Ensure food products are stored following safety guidelines, such as refrigeration
- Maintain kitchen area sanitation and safety standards
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or General Manager
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective conflict resolution abilities
- Capacity to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Location: In-person at Gainesville, FL 32601. Reliable commuting or plans to relocate before commencing work are preferred.

Compensation: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 30 - 45 hours per week
Experience Level: No prior experience required
Restaurant Type: Bar, Casual dining restaurant
Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night shifts
Weekly Day Range: Every weekend, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends, As needed
