We are currently looking for a Strategy and Improvement Management Specialist (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our Berlin location, starting as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and sustaining the strategy platform for the track service unit
  • You will analyze processes, business operations, and workflows, and identify potential for optimization as a liaison to the operational units
  • You will actively support the implementation of measures and (sub)projects, from planning to implementation and integration into regular operations, in collaboration with the responsible parties
  • You will further develop performance management with measurable quality indicators to sustain and guide measures and projects from the track strategy platform
  • You will actively participate in current digitalization projects as a link to the operational departments for successful transformation
  • Your tasks also include creating presentation materials, conducting analyses and cost-benefit assessments, preparing decision proposals,
