Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Work on large IAM projects, providing guidance to the team.
Mentor junior team members.
Contribute to software development innovation.
Consult on software solutions and services.
Manage Identity and Access security tools and infrastructure.
Implement automation for efficiency.
Track and report testing results.
Perform assigned duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
4 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on security.
Experience in software development and deployment.
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java, and scripting languages.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps preferred.
