The Lebenshilfe Köln is looking for a pedagogical specialist as a team leader at a primary school in Köln-Nippes for the School and Kindergarten department, starting from June 1st, 2023.

The expected weekly working hours are 30-35 hours and can be supplemented with hours in school support if desired.

What you will do:

You will lead a team of school support staff
You will coordinate and organize the working hours of the employees
You will work together with the onsite pedagogical staff in a multiprofessional manner
You will advise and support the parents of eligible students
You will work on the conceptual development of your department
You will take on general administrative tasks

What you bring:

You have completed a pedagogical education or a pedagogical degree and preferably have relevant professional experience
You can identify with the mission statement and structures of Lebenshilfe Köln
You enjoy working independently
