Description

We are looking for a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our senior center St. Kilian in Scheßlitz, Fairfield, on a full-time or part-time basis. Your responsibilities will include ensuring holistic care and psychosocial support while respecting the residents' freedom, dignity, individuality, and self-determination.

You will also be responsible for carrying out medical orders, providing support and guidance to maintain mobility and flexibility, creating structured information collections and action plans, and serving as a point of contact for family members, doctors, and therapists.

Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to expert and in-house standards, document your work in a timely manner, and act independently in emergency or crisis situations.

To be considered for this role, you must have completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), or equivalent, and possess empathy, social skills, and a confident and friendly demeanor.
