About Us:

Covenant Living is a nationwide family of communities dedicated to serving older adults. As a Health Information Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

Prepare health records and rooms for new admissions.
Maintain accurate resident census and admission/discharge records.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Perform regular audits to maintain quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college education preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and computer programs preferred.
Excellent communication skills and genuine compassion for the elderly.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
