Job Overview:
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff.

As part of the team, you'll have a key role in ensuring the success of various events through top-notch customer service and support.

The position is for a 1-day event in Franklin Park, IL

on Wed, May 8th.

From 12:45pm to 8:45pm. Compensation is set at $25/hour and paid within a week.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces
• Welcome and assist guests throughout the events
• Handle guest inquiries and offer event-related information
• Aid event organizers in various tasks, including helping with carnival-style games
• Address any guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in theater, event management, or similar field is an advantage
• Excellent public speaking and customer service skills
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Ability in conflict resolution and calmly tackling issues
• Previous guest service experience is beneficial
• Experience in working with children is a bonus
