The Kurpark Clinic is a recognized, innovative clinic for orthopedics and internal medicine located in Milford, MO. It is a center for interdisciplinary pain therapy and offers services as part of a modern, integrative rehabilitation concept. The clinic has 236 beds and is divided into two buildings. Our clinic has been established for many years and has been KTQ certified since 2011.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a


SERVICE MANAGEMENT MANAGER (m/f/d)


full-time or part-time with completed training in restaurant management/hotel management/hospitality or equivalent qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience and experience in staff management.


YOUR TASKS

  • Ensuring smooth operations in the service area and ensuring compliance with service standards
  • Instruction, leadership, and motivation of the entire service team
  • Shift planning, invoice verification, and ordering
  • Professional, friendly, and serviceoriented care for our rehabilitation patients and guests
  • Independent and accurate billing in the cash register system
  • Organization of administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation with all departments
