Responsibilities:
Assist customers in managing their credit card profiles and addressing card-related issues such as payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction reviews, and balance transfers.
Adhere to performance metrics and demonstrate schedule accountability.
Maintain an average handle time of 3-5 minutes, gather customer feedback through NPS surveys, ensure quality of service, and maintain punctuality.
Escalate complex scenarios to the second tier of support when necessary.Provide high-quality customer service by following correct procedures to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
6+ months of excellent customer service experience.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Patience and the ability to take ownership of customer concerns, guiding each issue to resolution.
Comfortable working in a metric and KPI-driven environment.
