Onsite Flexibility: 100% onsite for the first 90 days of training, M-F 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM

Pay rate: 18/Hr on w2 without benefits.

Responsibilities:


Assist customers in managing their credit card profiles and addressing card-related issues such as payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction reviews, and balance transfers.

Worked in an inbound call center environment, handling an average of calls daily.
Adhere to performance metrics and demonstrate schedule accountability.

Maintain an average handle time of 3-5 minutes, gather customer feedback through NPS surveys, ensure quality of service, and maintain punctuality.

Escalate complex scenarios to the second tier of support when necessary.
Provide high-quality customer service by following correct procedures to resolve customer concerns.


Requirements:

6+ months of excellent customer service experience.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Patience and the ability to take ownership of customer concerns, guiding each issue to resolution.
Comfortable working in a metric and KPI-driven environment.
