    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • This position is eligible for a semi-annual bonus based on hotel and company performance and also a quarterly bonus based on hotel service scores

    • Expand your professional horizon Beyond managing the Hotel Kitchen+Bar, you'llgain valuable knowledge and skills across all hotel departments, opening doors to future career advancement within Drury Hotels.

    The Kitchen + Bar will be open daily from 5p to 12 midnight and close at 11pm on Sunday. With the Kitchen + Bar only being open in the evenings we are looking for a leader who enjoys working alongside their team in the evenings.

    WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Elevate the guest experience at the hotel lobby bar through yourpassionate leadership, exceptional service delivery, and impactful team development coaching.
  • Role model best practices with the team and consistently meet or exceed all quality assurance visit measurables.
  • Deliver key business measures of service, cost, and labor controls
  • Leverage strong critical thinking tosolve guest service issues, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to unexpected challengesin the fast-paced hotel environment
  • Show dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel-specific experiences preferred with a food & beverage focus or casual dining management experience.
