Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Associate to join our team.

As an Electronics Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their electronics needs.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and excellent sales skills.


Duties:


  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronics products
  • Provide product information and demonstrate features and functionalities
  • Upsell additional accessories or services to enhance the customer's experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and product knowledge

Skills:


  • Previous experience in electronics sales or a related field is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of electronics products and their features
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale systems and other sales tools
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
