IT Solutions Specialist - Washington, United States - CAMPAIGN FOR TOBACCO-FREE KIDS

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS): Provide support for Learning Management Systems, ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and customization of these platforms to meet organizational training and development needs.
- Share
Point Development:
Manage and customize SharePoint environments, including configuration, development, and maintenance. Ensure SharePoint sites align with organizational goals and facilitate effective collaboration.
- System Integrations: Oversee the seamless integration of various IT systems, ensuring data flow and interoperability. Identify opportunities for automation and implement integrations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Software Solutions: Design, implement, and support software solutions that cater to the diverse needs of the organization. Collaborate with teams to understand software requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Automation Platforms: Leverage Automation Platforms to design and deploy solutions that streamline business processes, automate workflows, and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, system administrators, and endusers, to gather requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive IT solutions.
- Training and Development: Conduct periodic training sessions for endusers on new technologies, software, and IT best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for software configurations,

SKILLS YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Up to two (2) years' of post-secondary experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software solutions, SharePoint development, system integrations, automation platforms, LMS support, and minor web development.
- Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and functionality.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in software development, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, LMS, or web development are a plus.
