Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical tasks and administrative support for attorneys and legal teams
- Answer and transfer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and maintain confidential client information
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
Requirements:
- Proven prior experience as a Receptionist/Legal Secretary
- Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., WordPerfect, Word, Essential Form, etc.)
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and proofreading
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well being a team player
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Experience with transcribing legal documents

$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
