Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide clerical tasks and administrative support for attorneys and legal teams
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain confidential client information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications

Requirements:


  • Proven prior experience as a Receptionist/Legal Secretary
  • Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., WordPerfect, Word, Essential Form, etc.)
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and proofreading
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well being a team player
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Skills:


  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Experience with transcribing legal documents

$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Pasadena, CA 91101: Relocate before starting work (required)
