Technical Qualifications:


  • Firstlevel support to investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for endusers, companywide.
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment is a must
  • Serve as the first point of contact for endusers seeking technical
  • Utilize probing questions to gather important information and accurately document tickets that need to be created or updated.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk ticket board and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Perform basic remote troubleshooting by walking customers through problemsolving processes and probing questions.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in established procedures.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to build rapport with endusers and maintain positive client communication
  • Must be a flexible, independent, selfmotivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Follow established processes and procedures while being adaptable when changes are needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • ServiceNow: 1 year (preferred)
Active Directory: 2 years (required)

  • Day Shift (preferred)
