Job Overview:

Technical Qualifications:
- Firstlevel support to investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for endusers, companywide.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is a must
- Serve as the first point of contact for endusers seeking technical
- Utilize probing questions to gather important information and accurately document tickets that need to be created or updated.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk ticket board and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Perform basic remote troubleshooting by walking customers through problemsolving processes and probing questions.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in established procedures.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to build rapport with endusers and maintain positive client communication
- Must be a flexible, independent, selfmotivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Follow established processes and procedures while being adaptable when changes are needed.
Job Types:

$ $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
