We are seeking a motivated, ethical, and passionate Certified Group Facilitator to join our cutting-edge organization specializing in group therapy for patients in PHP and IOP.
As a certified group facilitator, you will play a crucial role in providing support and facilitating therapeutic group sessions for our patients.

- Conduct group therapy sessions for patients enrolled in rehabilitation program
- Create a safe and supportive environment for group members to share their experiences, challenges, and progress.
- Develop and implement group therapy curriculum based on evidencebased practices and individual treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote selfawareness, coping skills, and emotional regulation within the group.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation among group members.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and feedback to group members.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and continuity of care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of group therapy sessions and individual progress.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Group Facilitator or equivalent in a recognized modality (e.g., Certified Group Psychotherapist, Certified Addiction Counselor).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating therapeutic groups, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of group dynamics, group therapy theories, and evidencebased practices.
- Knowledge of addiction, mental health, and cooccurring disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other treatment providers.
- Motivated, ethical, passionate, and efficient.
- High frustration tolerance and ability to handle challenging group dynamics.
