Description
For those who want to invent the future of health care, here's your opportunity. We're going beyond basic care to health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care.As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) or Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment.
This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization in Perspectives Counseling Center, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programsFull time and part time options available along with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
Conducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Doctoral degree, PhD or PsyD, in clinical psychology from an APA-approved graduate school~ Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
Experienced with children or adolescents
Experience with health psychology
Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
Comfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS
Proven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired
