Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform catheterization procedures as needed
• Provide tube feeding and assist with meal planning and preparation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records using electronic medical record systems
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and selfcare techniques
• Assist with medical procedures in various settings, such as assisted living facilities, home care, ophthalmology clinics, ER departments, etc.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid LVN license in the state of [state]
• Proven experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in ICD10 coding and medical terminology
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and techniques
• Ability to accurately assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
