Description

The Staff Accountant will be in charge of managing all accounting duties, overseeing financial transactions, handling accounts receivable and payable, and supervising invoices.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is necessary for data entry as well as for creating spreadsheets and reports.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting tasks from start to finish
Review financial transactions and generate detailed reports
Process accounts receivable and payable, and oversee invoices
Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial organization
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
Use Microsoft Excel to produce spreadsheets and reports
Supervise the payroll system and manage payroll processing
Conduct account reconciliation duties to guarantee precise reporting and ledger upkeep
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Comply with legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

Must hold at least an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Essential experience with QuickBooks
Knowledge of fundamental accounting procedures such as invoicing, ledger accounts, reconciliation
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word mandatory. Knowledge of Powerpoint is a bonus.
