How does it work?_

At Symbio Energy Partners, our Consultants review the unique energy needs of a business, and their energy usage patterns and go out to the energy market in order to:

  • Allow top-rated energy providers to compete for our clients' business.
  • Conduct thorough market evaluations alongside analyzing the energy usage patterns of a business.
  • Review all options in order to recommend the best solution that will save the business money, time, and energy.

The Job


This is a _B2B(business-to-business) sales_ position, building long-term, close relationships with our clients as a trusted adviser on electricity and natural gas needs for their business.

Warm Leads: Close potential clients that request appointments to speak with an energy consultant

  • Prospecting: Cultivate current and potential client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships by responding to their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Retain and grow your client base by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding experience.
  • Analysis: Analyze the energy usage of commercial businesses by collecting their electricity and gas information in order to make recommendations to further optimize their energy usage.
  • Maintenance: Commit to a structured process to keep a detailed record of client information in our CRM software, tracking of personal goals, and ongoing management of your sales pipeline.
No prior experience needed.

Our in-depth training and ongoing mentorship will provide you with all the skills you'll need to become a successful Consultant.


Schedule

  • Fulltime: Monday-Friday, 8AM5PM
  • All holidays off

Compensation

  • The average earnings for consultants within their first year ranges between $50,000 $135,000
  • Independent Contractor
