What you will do...

Review mortgage commission data, discover gaps, and document any findings.
Assist in daily support activities for the WM HR team.
Participate in team meetings and support engagement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills with advanced excel skills
Ability to clearly articulate issues, problems, solutions, concerns, and other information in verbal and written communications
Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and have a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
