What you will do...

  • Review mortgage commission data, discover gaps, and document any findings.
  • Assist in daily support activities for the WM HR team.
  • Participate in team meetings and support engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills with advanced excel skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate issues, problems, solutions, concerns, and other information in verbal and written communications
  • Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and have a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
