oin our team as a Palletizer Operator and become an essential part of our production process We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to ensure the efficient and accurate stacking of finished goods onto pallets for shipping.

As a Palletizer Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Operate palletizing equipment to stack finished products onto pallets according to established guidelines and safety procedures.
Monitor production lines to ensure proper flow of products and adjust equipment settings as needed.
Inspect finished pallets for proper stacking, alignment, and labeling.
Assist with loading and unloading materials onto pallets, including manual lifting and moving of products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing debris and waste materials.
Perform routine maintenance on palletizing equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
