    is a well-established professional Land Surveying firm seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor (LSIT or PLS or Survey Party Chief) interested in working as a Project Surveyor.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for research, field, and office work.
    Work closely with the Principle Land Surveyor responsible for the work.
    Work produced by L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc.

    includes simple & complex boundaries, land title surveys (ALTA), topographic mapping, least squares, adjustments, monitoring, forensic, GPS, Elevation Certificates, map preparation, legal descriptions, and construction staking.


    Requirements:
    Must be able to lift loads of 40+ pounds and be able to work in and around poison oak.

    Will be operating one of our company vehicles and must have a clean driving record as reported by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State in which the applicant's driver's license is issued.

    Individuals working with us enjoy being professional team members while having the opportunity to work on projects independently.

    Must be proficient and demonstrate skill in the following areas :

    AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    MS Office Suite.
    Written and Verbal Communication.
