Responsibilities:

Responsible for client acquisition, management, and coordination.
Prepares and processes various land surveys and maps including lot line adjustments, parcel maps, final maps, condominium plans, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, plat maps, legal descriptions, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Directs, controls, and supervises survey work and survey crews.
Executes contracts, maps, and documents as needed.
Engages with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and other stakeholders. Participates in project meetings and public hearings to facilitate project approvals.
Represents the organization and maintains effective liaison with individuals and related entities.
Provides mentorship and imparts knowledge to lessexperienced staff members.

Requirements:

8+ Years or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying plus 4+ Years
Licensing and Certification Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take the LS exam.
Proficient in 3D mapping techniques.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Responsible for maintaining field and office standards and procedures.
Supervises daily tasks and responsibilities of the Survey Department.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management abilities.
