Because of continued growth, they are looking for a talented Service and Repair Technician to join their team.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    Delivers equipment as directed by supervisor

    • Ability to troubleshoot and determine causes of operating errors and malfunctions of mobility products and related medical equipment
    • Assemble both standard and customized mobility products per manufacturer's specs
    • Documents functional checks and repairs of equipment
    • Instruct end user on proper operation and care of the equipment while addressing any concerns
    • Complete reports detailing daily service activities
    • Maintains patient chart documentation in compliance with Medicare guidelines
    • Participates in traditional and e-learning programs as required by JCAHO
    • Keep warehouse, van, equipment and service area clean, neat, stocked and organized for the purpose of maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
    • Knowledge of machines, systems and tools including their design, uses, repair and maintenance
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
    • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
    • Valid driver's license
    • Previous DME equipment service and repair a plus
