With our second brand Meet the World, we offer numerous city experiences from outdoor escape games, ART gallery tours to historical city tours in cooperation with GEO EPOCHE. We open our customers' eyes to the hidden gems and help them discover true treasures off the beaten tourist paths. As a subsidiary of Gruner + Jahr and RTL, we are part of the Bertelsmann group.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating offers for individual group tours and team events
  • Advising and supporting our customers in all matters related to our city experiences via phone and email
  • Being the first point of contact for our callers

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for unique city experiences and a passion for delicious food
  • Enrolled student
  • Interest in communication, excellent customer service, and empathy
  • Independent, structured, and goaloriented work style
  • Proactivity, drive, and solutionoriented mindset everyone pitches in
  • Teamwork and helpfulness a good working relationship is important to you
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and approximately every 46 weeks on Saturdays, in coordination with your study schedule
