If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification or Life Insurance License) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring
We are willing to consider a significant investment to support the transition of the right individual to fill this role and invest in their growth.
Please note: This position is not a mass recruitment directive We are seeking a single key individual to advance and expand in the Greater Knoxville market. Only apply if you hold the specified certifications and are enthusiastic about growing and leading a team.
Discover Modern Woodmen's impact in Your community, follow this link:
Blake Foote: Regional Director - Tennessee: Blake Foote brings a decade of experience at Modern Woodmen of America, transitioning from a successful three-year stint as a producer to a seven-year managerial role. In April 2023, he assumed the role of Regional Director, overseeing operations across most markets in Tennessee. Expecting only directness and follow-through from those he mentors, Blake's leadership style is marked by his commitment to developing and supporting new managers. His vision extends beyond specific markets; Blake aims to bring on a select group of quality managers. Through mentorship and strategic guidance, his goal is to drive expansion across the region, creating a network of empowered and successful professionals.
Beyond his professional role, Blake is a devoted family man, residing in Knoxville, TN, with a decade of marriage, two boys ages 8 and 5, and a shared love for sports. If you can't find Blake supporting his team at the office, then you will likely find him supporting his boys on the basketball court, spending time with his wife and family, or sharing a round of golf with business colleagues and friends.
About Modern Woodmen: Modern Woodmen is about people. Created for our members. Owned and operated by them too. Together, were here for each other, for our families and for the communities we love. We are a member-owned fraternal financial services organization.Together with over 700,000 members, weve been touching lives and securing futures since 1883. Modern Woodmen's financial strength is anchored in a robust asset base of $17.14 billion. Guided by a prudent investment philosophy, the organization focuses on high-quality, diversified investments with high industry ratings from A.M. Best and KBRA. With a surplus of $2.42 billion and a solvency ratio of 116.41%, Modern Woodmen is committed to ensuring additional protection for its members, affirming its dedication to long-term financial stability.
Our Competitive Difference: At Modern Woodmen, our unique fraternal component sets us apart in giving back. While many companies contribute to charitable causes, our distinct approach involves making a local impact. We run programs that directly channel funds to communities on a grassroots level. While contributing to larger organizations like the Red Cross or United Way is commendable, there's a profound significance in writing a $4,000 check to a local community striving to build a playground or help cure a kid battling cancer. At Modern Woodmen, we don't have clients; we have members, fostering a sense of belonging to something greater than oneself. This inclusive approach makes giving back, both in terms of time and money, effortlessly meaningful.
The Role of Managing Partner: As a Managing Partner at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members' financial needs, exemplifying leadership in the community, and spearheading the growth of the local office. Your dedication extends to recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team. One significant advantage lies in the opportunity to build and nurture your own team, fostering personal and professional growth as you shape the future of financial services in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
Flexible work from home options available.
