    Qualifications

    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent Computer skills including CRM, Excel, Google Docs, Word etc.
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and organized.
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment and consistently display professional demeanor.
    • Excellent phone and email communication skills
    • Knowledge of digital and traditional sales process
    • Positive attitude with friendly and energetic personality
    • 2 years in automotive BDC/Internet sales
    • Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
    • Professional appearance, great interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
    • Valid driver's license

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for handling incoming internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls)
    • Manage customer portfolio of existing customers and ensure customer retention and loyalty.
    • Generate repeat business of both new and pre-owned vehicles by reaching out to current customers using the mining tool and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership.
    • Scheduling and confirming sales appointments for the dealership.
    • Coordination with our Sales and Service Team
    • Managing internet leads under the guidance of sales management staff.
    • Also responsible for increasing sales volume, higher internet closing ratio and profitability.
    • Effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs and wants Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email Schedule appointments via phone, live chat, and email.
