We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of students in Waukegan, IL.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and parents, to ensure student success

Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Valid Illinois state teaching license with LBS1 endorsement or eligibility
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
