Your tasks.

  • Finding constructive solutions and creating designs in CAD
  • Implementation of requirements from specifications (to develop a requirements document) as well as consideration of internal requirements (e.g. production, purchasing)
  • Conducting and supervising component calculations and creating parts lists
  • Technical guidance for prototype construction, supervision of field trials, product consulting for/at customers
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as change management

What you bring.

  • Completed degree in mechanical or automotive engineering (Dipl.-Ing. FH or TH/TU or Master/Bachelor of sc./Eng.)
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally as a design engineer in the metal processing industry. Graduates are also welcome.
  • Proficient in ProEngineer Creo 5.0, possibly also Inventor, and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and teamwork skills
