We are looking for a creative and competent full-time Recruiter for a long-term position. This is for a successful and internationally active company in the metal and electrical industry, located in 28309 Bremen, that independently identifies and enters new markets, embraces current megatrends, and looks forward with innovation and creativity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Filling personnel needs from various departments and evaluating recruiting measures
Creating attractive job postings and managing applicants
Working closely with departments to ensure a unified understanding and clarification of needs
Collaborating with staffing agencies, conducting contract negotiations, and organizing appointments
Reviewing and optimizing processes in the HR department
Assisting employees with applications for internal positions

What we are looking for:

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience as a Recruiter
Affinity for new software and social media channels
Proficient in common MS Office programs and skilled in communication in English in the HR field
Service-oriented and excellent negotiation skills in HR
Independent work style and willingness to travel
