For the cross-location IT of Alte Leipziger Lebensversicherung a. G., we are looking for an IT and service-oriented individual to strengthen our Operations Processes department with competence, commitment, and good spirits in Oberursel and Stuttgart.

Your Tasks:

  • Management and further development of our group-wide IT service processes in coordination with the central department head and in collaboration with responsible department and group managers
  • Responsible support, adaptation, and further development of the IT service management process and central ITSM tools to enable efficient service provision
  • Operation and monitoring of order management and intervention in case of deviations
  • Analysis of customer requirements and their implementation within the framework of product planning
  • Preparation of analyses, reports, and instructions for documentation and dissemination of relevant information
  • Operation and monitoring of asset management and intervention in case of deviations

Your Competencies:

  • Several years of professional experience in IT service management, order processing, and IT asset management
