What Will You Do?
- Schedule movein and moves out inspections with residents.
- Coordinate movein orientations and conducts orientations in a way that promotes owner reputation and provides superior customer satisfaction.
- Support the Assistant Manager in rent collection, service request completion, customer service phone calls, file organization, resident communication and other administrative duties.
- Organize and manage inventory list of products used by leasing and management.
- Perform any and all duties of a Leasing Coordinator as needed to the benefit of the property.
- Support the leasing team with the assistance of file checklist tasks.
- Shop competitive properties
- Help plan and supports monthly resident functions
- Maintain exceptional standard of leasing office, tour path, and model apartments.
- Review unit turn requirements with supervisor prior to moveins.
- Completes final inspection of apartments prior to new moveins and completes movein apartment inspections with new residents.
- Place movein gifts in all units prior to the new resident moving in.
- Assist current residents with lease renewal options.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Promote and participates in Company sponsored training programs
- Comply with Companies policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations, and all applicable local, state and federal laws.
- Complete all training provided by the company with regards to, fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
Scheduling:
- Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends, and holidays.
