Make an Impact You will play an integral role in the success of Main Line Health As a member of the Real Estate Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for the leasing of office space in the Medical Office Buildings, Health Centers and third-party locations associated with their respective Hospital campuses. Maintains close working relationships with the Tenants and the various Facilities, Design, Construction and Hospital Leadership teams.

Position:
Real Estate Asset Manager
Shift:
(Days) Monday through Friday 8:
30AM to 5PM
Experience:
years real estate experience with focus in management, operations, leasing or property management,
- Complete understanding of common area maintenance charges and reconciliation process as well as enforcing all lease terms.
- Knowledge of medical office building operations and an understanding of medical practice operations.
- Proven ability in the following areas
strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making, negotiating and relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in finance, real estate or accounting
Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification is recommended but not required.
